The Big One® Plus without Iron is a high-potency, one-per-day multivitamin/mineral capsule containing key nutrients at optimal levels. The Big One® Plus without Iron is recommended for men, post-menopausal women, or those who have lower iron requirements or a high dietary intake of iron, but have lower vitamin D status, and require a higher dose of supplemental vitamin D. This formula features highly bioavailable, methylated forms of folate (L-methylfolate) and B-12 (methylcobalamin), phosphorylated forms of riboflavin and B-6, chelated minerals, natural mixed carotenoids, and natural vitamin E.
